A series of images were created to illustrate the proper method for “hipping up” a tugboat to a barge and contrast that to the improper method used in an accident where a crew member had his left foot crushed. The client asked for a series of graphics that would demonstrate these concepts but take only two pages in a filing with the court. Later the above full litigation graphics presentation was completed to use at trial.
